Today’s project is a quickie adapted from Cookies & Cups
Melted Ice Cream Cupcakes
ingredients
1 & 1/3 cup ice cream of choice (I used s’mores ice cream from Edy’s)
1 Package yellow cake mix
3 large eggs

Mix all ingredients!
